Back in the gym and taking supplements

A lot of people ask me which supplements I take. So i thought i would get back in and review these supplements:

Pre work out drink : Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump 250
Pros: By far the best pre-workout drink on the market and i have tried a lot. I am not sure what it is but it keeps me energetic and motivated at the gym. I have some very very good work outs when i on this stuff and compared to the others this is by far the best for me. Reviews: 4 out of 5 stars.

Cons: kinda dependent on it. I like it so much before i go to the gym when i dont have it i feel as if i am not getting a good work out. Even though i do.

Post workout shake: All The Whey Whey Protein Isolate

Fat-Free Whey Protein Isolate

Pros: I took it this morning I added it to my smoothie and it hasnt given me gas. That is the biggest selling point with me and protien. The flavor is ok i mean its not bad and its not outstanding, but i will defenatly keep taking it.

Cons: The flavor is not very strong, i will probably mix it with fruit or banana from now on but other than that i so far really like this product.
