New Workout 5×5 strength Training Program

5×5 strength Training Program
Dont let the name fool you. I am not trying to get stronger i am just trying to change up my regular routine of working out.
This is a great workout. If you haven't heard about it, it consist of 5 exercises 5 sets and 5 reps. Its a full body work out and it is to be done 3 days a week. I of course cant just do 5 exercises my mind and body wont allow that so i do 9. My friend at PricePlow.com recommended the work out and i am going to stick to it. I started out light on Tuesday but today is Thursday and i feel pretty good so i will probably move up the weight. Here is the work out: (i am not putting wight in here cause i forgot what i did for each exercise...Sorry for partying BRAH!!!!)

I do this entire work out in a circuit motion. Which means start with first exersise and work your way threw all the workouts and then start over from the top. Do that 5 times. I am sweating by the time i am done...Like i said good work out.

Sit-ups (30)
bench dumbbells
squats
wide pull ups
upright rows - back
dead-lifts - low weight
tris
bis
close grip pull ups
Sit-ups (30) on decline machine weighted

Ill keep you posted as i continue this workout. Let me know if you have any ideas to modify or even just add to this one. It takes about 1 hour to complete.
